Our Italian Buttercream is made from quality Canadian butter (absolutely no added oils or shortenings), Italian Merengue, and Pure Vanilla Extract. Light and fluffy with rich texture and flavour, Italian Buttercream makes the perfect cake filling or cupcake icing. Our fondant covered cakes offer numerous possibilities for design. If you’re looking for a unique design, fondant is the way to go. We also do 3d and sculpted cakes!
